Hi all,
Ableton is looking for a User Interface designer for the desktop
application and website. (Find out more about Ableton:

We work in mixed, agile teams, which means you'll be collaborating and
iterating constantly. We're looking for someone who can create
efficient and attractive user interfaces that work in the real world,
for real users. This means you can work quickly, creatively (within
the realm of existing and evolving brand guidelines), and have
experience in user interface and visual design.
Your Profile
• You have a degree in graphic design, web design, UI design or
equivalent experience.
• You have 1-2 years experience in UI design.
• You're happy working with other designers and developers, as well as
agencies and their guidelines. Collaboration excites you.
• You spot problems on your own and work your way to a solution. You
don't wait for a brief.
• You produce high quality designs with attention to detail.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of typography, layout and
color.
• You can create all the deliverables and assets for polished, pixel
perfect interfaces.
• You can present your designs and the thinking behind them clearly.
• You can use discussion and criticism to improve your work. You
understand design is about communication, not just delivery.
• You must be a Berlin resident, or willing to relocate.
• The role is at least 2 days per week, but could be a full-time role
for the right person.
You'll really impress us if
• You can implement your designs in HTML and CSS.
• You have experience working in agile development environments.
• You speak German.
