EU Commission Website: good web designer urgently wanted in Berlin

I live and work in Berlin and I am in charge for several websites developed for the DG Environment and DG Energy of the Europen Commission.

We ususally rely on the services of a Brussels based designer (close to the customer), but for the future we would like to have one close to the development team.
