Dear All
Thank you for your support in sending the invite to the students of your respective courses.
Kindly ensure that all the students who have confirmed their participation are informed about the following :-
A) Students have to collect their convocation robe on 11th June from 1500 hrs to 1700 hrs from Block 5 Bidholi campus.
B) Parents attending the convocation will be seated in the auditorium and adjacent class rooms on 2nd floor .
C) Students have to bring their UPES ID card.
D) In case any of them want to avail bus facility from FIR Main gate to campus and back they should contact Mr. Manish Yagnik – myg...@ddn.upes.ac.in
