Miscommunication Regarding Convocation CSE BAO

Sir, 

On the behalf of CSE BAO 2013-2017, this is to bring into your kind notice that our batch had not received any official mail informing us to confirm our presence for the convocation Ceremony 2017 before 30 May 2017 in due time. We became aware of the situation after the time for giving confirmation was already over.

Due to this miscommunication, about half of the class failed to confirm their presence by the said date. Those of us who did confirm, did it after getting to know from their friends of different branches. 

Please look into this matter and allow us to attend the ceremony, since convocation is a very important day and everyone wants to attend it and get your blessings.
