Greetings!

 

All Course Coordinators are hereby requested to collect the Degree Box (Containing following documents) from SRE BASEMENT ‘Main block’ on  12^th June 2017,

 

Morning Shift (Only for all UG, Ph.D. and Medal Winners): 07.00 AM till 07:30 AM only, for 15^th CONVOCATION.

Afternoon Shift (Only for all PG, CCE and ISPe): 02.00 PM till 02:30 PM, for 15^th CONVOCATION- Degree Distribution Ceremony.

 

1.       Degree Certificates

2.       Grade Cards

3.       % Conversion Certificate

4.       Character Certificate

5.       Handing and Taking over signature file (students)

 

Please find attach the Degree distribution room allocation chart along with name of the course coordinators. You are requested to pass the information to students, who are attending the convocation they can collect their degree(s) through course coordinator on 12^th June 2017 (convocation day)

 

Morning Shift (UG, Ph.D. and Medal Winners Students): From 07:30 AM onwards to 08:45 AM from their designated rooms.

Afternoon Shift (PG, CCE and ISPe Students): 02.30 PM onwards to 04:00 PM, from their designated rooms.

 

Unissued degrees (Morning and Evening Shifts both) can be returned back to SRE BASEMENT only after 4:00 PM onwards on convocation day (12^th June 2017).

 

We understand that some of our students are seeking clarification / guidance on the following:-

1.       The students who are not able to attend the convocation, how and when can they get their degrees?

Reply : - Students can collect the Degrees/Certificates from SRE (Bidholi Campus - basement) on any working day between 1000 hrs to 1700 hrs (from 03^rd  July 2017 onwards).

2.       Can somebody else collect the degree of a student at the time of convocation? If so, what is the process or requirements for the same?

Reply : - Anyone can collect the degree behalf of the student after filling the authorization form ( attached) and submitting self-attested copy of photo ID proofs of both ( Self and the students for whom he / she is collecting  the degree).

 

NOTE: Degree should be handed over to students only on 12^th June 2017 from 7:30 AM till 08:45 AM and counter can be reopened from 2:00 PM till 3:30 PM .
