The IEEE chapter at Brown University would like to invite you and your fellow undergrads to register a team for the
Brown IEEE Robotics Competition!
First, we want to thank everyone who took the time to respond to our outreach email. Across the board, we received positive responses from universities all over the Northeast.
So, due to popular demand, our first annual robotics competition will be held Saturday, April 14, 2012!
A short FAQ:What is this competition about?Your mission is to build an autonomous robot capable of navigating a maze and reach the endpoint in the shortest time possible. You have a budget restriction of $500 and your own ingenuity to accomplish this task*.
Where is the competition located?Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island. More specific details will be released as the competition progresses.
Will there be prizes?
Yes! Prestige and maybe something a little extra.
Registration is open NOW and will be open until March 2, 2012.
