the intersection of 21st and Mount Vernon. Apartment has a combined
kitchen/living room and one bedroom and bathroom. High ceilings in
both rooms and three tall windows.

Coin-op washer/dryer in the basement and good amount of storage space.

Neighborhood feels safe and friendly, with beautiful streets and close
proximity to the Art Museum, Schuykill River Trail, and Center City.
Belgian Cafe is on the same block, literally less than 60 second walk
around the corner. Eastern State Penitentiary, Mugshots, LifeSport
Fitness, Urban Saloon, Jack's Firehouse, Rembrant's, Bishop's Collar,
Philly Flavors, Wine School, hardware store, post office, pet shop
with kittens in the window, delicious greasy pizza place, CVS, RiteAid
