Hi everyone,

This message is to let you know about something that may interest you: the recently formed Charlottetown Astronomy Club.

The club has been meeting on the first Wednesday of each month on the UPEI campus in room 106 of the Health Sciences building. Below is the description of the next meeting's program from 7-9 pm on December 7:

"Next week's meeting on the 7th is all about telescopes;.there will be several telescopes on display for members to look at, and to ask questions about. In addition to the regular monthly night sky overview, there will also be a video about the different types of telescopes, and the pros and cons of each. There will also be tours of the University's domed telescope for those members interested in doing so."

If the weather cooperates, the meeting may move outside to view the sky with the telescopes. If you're interested in attending this meeting, or future ones, email the club organizer Glenn at glennk...@gmail.com
