IntroductionPokmon SoothingSilver is a QOL DS ROM hack of Pokmon SoulSilver. The main goal of the hack is to be somewhat close to Vanilla SoulSilver but with more variety, a bit more difficulty and quite a few new features (such as custom shinies and alolan forms) to hopefully give the player an even better experience without ruining the feeling of the original SoulSilver. The game is beatable, all the way to Mt. Silver!Features

If you want to ask me any questions, talk about the hack/ pokmon in general, get frequent updates on future versions, play with some pokmon discord bots and more then try joining the discord server! You can leave at any time, so what's stopping you?

Future Updates

I still plan on releasing a few updates to add cool new features that I would love to have in the game such as new areas. However recently I began my second year of university. I had pretty much made this whole hack during my extended summer because of the corn virus, but now that Uni has resumed and is supposed to be much more difficult this year, the development of SoothingSilver will slow down drastically so I don't even have an expected release date for the next version. However I made sure to get version 1 out before I got too busy which is pretty much a finished experience. I may release a bug fix update soon but aside from that the next update will take a long time, so enjoy version 1 thank you so much again for all your support! Buh bye!

Hi, I downloaded Soothing Silver, currently playing on DS-Mume and enjoying a lot!

I wonder when all the legendaries will be available? One of the main reasons I play modified roms is to be able to find/train legendaries, so is there an estimation on when Soothing Silver will add all those precious to be obtainable? Thanks in advance =)

Hi, I am doing a shiny only run on Soothing Silver. I was wondering if the 3 gift Kanto starters were shiny-locked, as I have been resetting for a good amount of time for squirtle. Also, are there any shiny-locked Pokemon at all in the hack? Thanks.

Not just the skin, the sentient minions look sick! Like I didn't think about how cool a suit of plate armor would look for a frame (minus Harrow with the crusader helmet) but these guys are rocking it as side characters. Like I love the idea of summoning mini-warframes, and that was one of the reasons why I loved Wukong and how his twin would interact with your other abilities.

I must admit, part of me feels a bit saddened. I had hoped to get more Sentient types for Caliban to summon, but the Deluxe skin kinda means it's an all or nothing approach, where they have to make one for each type, or not give him more types.

i can easy say that caliban wil be play just becuse 95% reasons why no one play him is how hard is to build him. his gameplay is pretty fun, sure 1 is trash but all other skilsl look cool even if his 3 it more tankty skill that ally sentients. and his skin... well he is unique looking warframe i think that skin miss some good caliban desing evne if it make him almost imposible for fasion like orginal. And yes i know, skin dont need looking like orginal or even have similars parts but 90% it do and it feel better for mein of a frame, so give him his first skin and made it look literaly like evrything but caliban is not good idea, if they do fast anothere thme im fine if not i just hope that at lest his rework not break evrything what he is.

Imo it's fine because if the sentients actually interact with Caliban's other abilities like Celestial twin does, we might actually be able to have a "summoner warframe" other than Nekros (who is dependant on what enemies you encounter).

Not going to lie. My boy Lavos feels very cheated right now. So many newer frames are getting deluxes. Some old ones are getting a second deluxe. (Hope Oberon gets a new deluxe with his rework, he needs both). But Lavos has been cucked so hard. There was an artist that had made a concept for his deluxe that looked amazing. But apparently they cancelled it. So now he's stuck with no deluxe.

Well during the Art Panel the thought behind it is that Caliban Deluxe is kind of like some dark, monstrous, necromancer knight who uses souls to power himself and his summons. And its a visual of that 'power' leaking out to the surface a bit.
