Opening with SourceN for Web Designer

SourceN is looking for an experienced Web Designer to join our team;
someone who is passionate, has an entrepreneurial spirit and has an in-
depth knowledge about the intricacies of Web 2.0 application design.

Ideal candidate would be a highly motivated individual who would lead
the decision making of front-end design with a sense of ownership to
drive home the fine tuned concept with smart, simplistic and
deliberately intuitive design.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Review product requirements & gather user requirements
* Deliver task flows, wire frames, prototypes, visual design, CSS,
UI specifications
* Conduct UI reviews and usability tests
* Work closely with engineers, QA and operation teams to develop
innovative solutions that meet market needs with respect to
functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability while meeting
realistic implementation schedules and adhering to development goals
and principles

Technology Requirements:

*Advanced knowledge in design tools like Photoshop or Fireworks
*Ability to turn a concept into a Wireframe/Visual Design.
*Should be aware of the latest web design trends (Web2.0)
* Expertise in converting Visual Designs (PSDs) into Cross browser
compatible XHTML, CSS.
* Ability to design/develop for CMS like Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla
* Working knowledge of Flash, PHP & jQuery is desirable

Experience required: 3 plus years of experience

* Good communication skill
* Can work individually as well as a team player
* Self learner
