Recap of Friday talk by Anxo & Riccardo

Thanks folks for attending Anxo and Riccardo's talk and the interactive discussions on Friday at Yahoo. Anxo spoke extensively about remote user feedback through mobile phones and intensive user engagement methods followed at Vodaphone across markets such as India, Egypt and South Africa. Riccardo showed some Information Architecture wireframes from his work on Virgin Atlantic's site and the IA process.
