Invitation to participate at Launch Pods - a showcase of user experience innovations

Hi there

USID 2009, this year's biggest design & experience innovation conference is happening in Bangalore from Sep 18 through 20. Other than the keynote talks, paper presentations and networking events, one of the specific events we're helping USID host with an eye towards 'experience' innovations is "Launch Pods". 

The idea behind Launch Pods is simple - 10-12 sessions each on day 1 & day 2 of the conference, with 5 minutes given per session to demonstrate your consumer/user experience innovation. We're specifically hoping to showcase interesting start-ups and cutting edge groups in companies, research institutions, universities and such whose products and services have been designed to delight end users and create productive, relevant and lasting experiences. The selection panel includes investors, entrepreneurs and designers. 

I'd like to emphasize that while we're interested in usability and UI innovations, we're quite broadly interested in 'experience' innovations - for instance if you're working on or have heard of (say) a USB device that automatically selects the nearest Wi-Fi and get you online with zero UI or user interaction, we're equally interested in such projects! : - )
