Please see attached copy of an advertisement that appeared in the Daily
Nation some time ago.
Assume that the tender has been awarded and the contract, based on the
specifications in the advertisement, signed. Are you able to advise the
parties regarding their rights and obligations?
Retain a copy of the advertisement. As the course progresses, look at the
advertisement from time to time and see if you think you are better able
to advise the parties.
