Difference between SIS AND ISS

Hello Sir

I understand the definition of both ISS and SIS but what are the fundamental difference between them both? 
 ISS is defined as a plan for acquiring information system to support the business strategy of the  organization and
 SIS Is defined as the information system developed in line with the business strategy to create comp advantage.

Since you can define the 2, I'm not sure why you are not able to see the difference between the two.
One is a plan, the other is an information system.  They are completely different!

You plan to go to school => your plan is the ISS.
You use a bus to bring you to school => the bus is the SIS.
