I have not seen any question that talks about "hubs", but if you are unsure, simply explain it based on your own understanding.
Hubs are generally B2B e-markets, and can be either biased or neutral.
 

2. For B2B topics, if the question is like "imagine you are a consultant whose job is to design a new B2B strategy in a firm which intends to open a buyer oriented marketplace...."
For this kind of question, how should tackle with this kind of questions? UK lecturer did mention we have to answer this by using the e-biz strategy framework and list down all the macro and micro environmental problems. However, from class tutorial, the framework is the challenges and benefits of the buyer centric marketplace itself. 
This confuse me when i come across this kind of questions. 

The question clearly talks about buyer-centric market.  So talk about buyer-centric market.
Antonio was talking specifically about the question in the mock exam that requires you to explicitly discuss Chaffey's e-business strategy framework.
Don't get confused.
