Greetings from the Indian School of Business!

The Net Impact club chapter at ISB, in collaboration with Wadhwani Centre for Entrepreneurship Development(WCED) at ISB and Central University of Bihar are organizing a capacity building workshop for non-profit/ development organizations in Patna on Oct 2-4, 2011.   The objective is to instill entrepreneurial approaches and management practices in traditional non-profit organizations. The workshop will be a blend of case studies, lectures, panel and group discussions. Tentative curriculum modules include:

•  Mission and Strategy
•  Marketing & Branding
•  Fundraising and Revenue Generation
•  Negotiation Strategies and Tactics
•  Leveraging Technology
•  Governance & Metrics
•  Partnering, Collaborating and volunteering
•  Innovation and New Business Models
•  Disaster Management
