Hello Everyone!
First official day of practice will be this Sunday, January 20th. Unfortunately, the club had problems last semester that prevented us from reregistering as an RSO for this semester. Thus, we don't have space reserved yet. But we are working on this!!! In the mean time, we will have to resort to calling in the morning to reserve courts. This is going to be a group effort so I am really hoping for everyones participation and cooperation.
To make this efficient and to ensure that we can book all the courts, I will divide you guys into eight groups with each group prioritizing a specific court at a specific hour. Ill try to have this ready either tonight or tomorrow.
See you all on Sunday!

does it have to be a sports-rso to reserve? I'm the president of beta alpha psi we are an RSO and we can maybe work something out--

So for the quick story, we have two bank accounts, one with the RSO and independent. We keep most of our funds with the independent one because getting money out of the RSO is very hard. We didn't have enough money in our RSO account and it was charged and we didn't move money over in time from our independent account. So yea, that'e why we had a hard time being an RSO again.

We have re-applied for the semester and there should be no reason why we shouldn't get it since all money has been moved. So we should be able to have courts like normal in a couple of weeks!
And thanks David, but we should be okay until we are re-registered again!
