cannot see CDROM

Dear Sir,

I can reinstall windows95 but not successfully.
my CDROM and ZIP drive disappear.
Strange things is, if I use safe mode, every driver in
Control Panel-->System -->Device Manager seems fine as before,
but when I use full windows Device Manager no longer see
CDROM and ZIP drive .
I tried Control Panel-->Add new hardware(automatically and manual)
,it did not work.
From Device Manager, I found a (!) mark in Primary IDE Controller
(single fifo) and Secondary IDE Controller(single fifo).It seems
windows 95 did not load them right?

What should I do to fix it?
