Hey SGH-ers,
Its week 2! And this week the meeting will include:
- Planning for the Spring Concert (which will beon Friday May 6th at the Campbell Club)
- Videos on Women's Health issues globally
- Beginning a group project making re-usable pads to be sent to poor women
Please bring as many pairs of sharp scissors as you have to this meeting (suitable for cutting fabric). As a way to make a greater tangible impact in the health of others, Liz Schaller came up with a project for the group making re-usable pads for poor women who cannot afford them or do not have access to them. So get ready to cut some fabric!

Just a reminder, board meeting are Mondays at 5:30 in the buzz. unfortunately the general meeting just isn't long enough to plan events, watch videos, have discussions, and do all the other stuff we would like to do. But if you are interested in participating in those portions of the group that just don't fit into the general meetings then feel free to come an participate in the board meetings. This is especially useful for anyone who is considering running for a board position next year or at any point in the future.
The meeting this week will be Wednesday in Gerlinger 242 at 7 pm as per usual! Hope to see you all there.
