Hello Crew,
I have the pleasure of sending you one of my last emails as Co-Director of Students for Global Health. Thank you for your help in making this year a success. It's been a wonderful experience forming this organization and watching it grow over the last three years. Getting to know you all was a blessing. You keep me inspired and motivated!
I hope you'll join us tonight for our last general meeting of this school year-- Gerlinger 248 @ 7pm.
On the agenda:
-Finish watching The End of Poverty?
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
-If you attended the Seattle conference, YOU MUST TURN IN A REIMBURSEMENT FORM BY TOMORROW. Reimbursement is not optional. Because the ASUO allocated funds for our travels, we must use these funds or risk not getting funded for future events. It will also reflect very poorly on the organization that sponsored us if there are leftover funds in their account for us. You can pick up a travel reimbursement form from the ASUO controllers office (downstairs in the EMU). Bring the credit card you used to pay for the registration fee, an ID, a "receipt" of your registration fee (you can print a copy of your bank statement from your online account), and some kind of "proof" of attendance (like a list of the speakers or conference schedule). The controllers office closes by 5pm. Please request reimbursement for only $30 of your fee. That is all we have funding for.
-BOARD MEETING TONIGHT, 6pm in Gerlinger! This will be the first board meeting for the 2010-2011 board. Please bring materials to take notes.
-We still have a few sweatshirts available. If you are interested, please contact Kelly Moon at
km...@uoregon.edu
-We have leftover containers from past bake sales! Please contact Kelly Moon if you would like these items back.
Sincerely,
Michelle Leis
