Good afternoon,
We're getting in touch to let you know about an exciting new YEAH project that we'd love you to be a part of.
In 2013 Youth Empowerment Against HIV/AIDS is reinforcing the importance of putting young people (15-29) in positions of leadership at every level of decision making by forming its inaugural National Youth Sexual Health Council (NYSC).
The NYSC will be responsible for two main tasks; taking creative license over YEAH's five key national annual events as well as working alongside YEAH's staff and board to shape the organisation's future strategic direction. The council will be made up
of a diverse group of young people with 5 active YEAH peer educators, 5 young people who identify as representing other youth or sexual health organisations, and 5 individuals not affiliated with any other organisation.
YEAH is looking for young people with an interest in sexual health, event management, youth participation or health promotion to apply to be members of the National Youth Sexual Health Council and this is where you come in! Please help us attract a diverse
and by sharing this information with your networks, there is no young person we wouldn't like to hear from!
Below are some social media posts for you to use if it is convenient, otherwise we're more than happy for you to write your own. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
