Summit: Final countdown [ACTION REQUIRED]

Hi all,

We now have 110 registrations and another 20-30 in the pipeline!

Long list of things that must be done.

Delegate book - Lewis, I need all speaker biographies finished and in my inbox by the end of the evening. 

Delegate book 2 - Andrew, can I have a word document of each sponsor and partner, their logo, their description (use the sponsorship prospectus), and a link to their website? Again, end of the evening if you can.

Social - I've heard no word on this. Where are we? 

Delegate materials - Tomas, tell me if there's anything you need me to include in the del briefing book.

Fac training - also heard nothing back on this. Have we booked a location?

Photocopying - can someone (Andrew?) get in touch with Adam Rajic and Mark James about photocopying. I will have the complete set of things to photocopy by the end of Monday. 

Printer - does anyone have a reliable printer (small, portable) that they can bring to the summit? let me know. We need it for the youth resolution. Must be USBable.

Placards - I need a volunteer to print the placards on card (the laminated ones are still being done). Black and white is fine - I'd advise using a normal desktop printer and just running the card through that. Can someone put up their hand for this? 

Buy card from officeworks and we'll reimburse you. It's 200 placards total. At the same time as you buy card from officeworks, buy a stack of index cards (about 400).

Wine - Where are we on this? Ideally need 11 bottles. 

More things to come but responses on this would be much appreciated.

My understanding is that facilitator training is being held at Minus18 HQ. I'm pretty sure we booked level 10 in our building, but I can double check.
