I'm pretty new to coding, but I know a bit of HTML from just doing stuff here. However, I know almost nothing about CSS. I'm using a template to make one of my character's pages, and I want to edit a scroll bar that's on the page. I want to be able to stylize it so it looks less blocky and fits with the look of the template better. I basically wanna make it thinner and find a way to color it. Everything I've looked up online is saying I can't do a custom scrollbar in HTML, only CSS. So how do I do that? Any help would be very much appreciated ^^
Here's my character's page. I'm wanting to edit the scroll wheel in the "Personality" box: reference on what I'm after, here's a character page that uses a different template, but the scroll wheels are what I'm looking to achieve:
EDIT: Same issue still, but I was continuing to code and something else popped up. If you click on the link to Charm's page, you'll notice that the scroll wheel for the "Likes" box is partially outside of the box. It functions properly and the text inside the box doesn't go outside of it, it's just the scroll wheel. Figured I'd edit and mention that too cuz I don't know how to fix that either.
the thing is, you do need CSS/TH Premium to change anything about the scrollbars! magepiewing's page uses CSS which is why it works there. on a character profile, there's no way around it unfortunately... BUT you can actually test this on a toyhouse world as CSS (for both non-premium and premium users) is allowed there! have a try there ;3
