Hi, maybe you can try to do hard reset using hardware button combination key at your Huawei Ascend Y530. Some problems at installed applications can make trouble at Huawei Ascend Y530 operating system that can make it become damage or corrupt. Therefore doing hard reset will reinstall factory default operating system to Huawei Ascend Y530, but all data will be erase or remove after finish hard reset or master format.

Hi, please try to reformat using microSD restore firmware steps like #option 3 above. You have to download correct firmware first from Huawei Mobile website and follow steps above to reinstall the operating system.

I am having Huawei y530-u00. Set it os giving recovery image failed meassahe in blue text n not working. I downloaded update file on my laptop with windows 10. I have 8 gb sd card in cell but when I copy this update file to sd card from laptop via card reader as cell is not getting connected to laptop. It give sd card disappear type of measage n pop up in right bottom corner of laptop with meassage problem with storage device. Please help to restore my cell phone and slove the problem.

Hi, you can try one more time to download correct firmware for your Huawei Ascend Y530 from Huawei website, and then extract the compressed file to microSD and put all folder (include folder) to microSD. Please follow steps at options 3 above carefully.

Hi, it is better try to do hard reset or reformat/reflash your Huawei Ascend Y530 using microSD like steps at #Option 3 above. You have to download proper files first from Huawei mobile official website and then try to reflash the firmware using that steps.
