We have added a couple of presentations from CoNGA 2025 to https://posithub.org/khub_doc where authors gave us permission. We are working to get the papers together for the Journal release.

You certainly have my permission to add the attached CoNGA paper to posithub.org, and it's a rather important paper since it closes the gap between posit and float hardware efficiency.
