Azizat is Hakim Whose words are Muhkam Almost in all translations of Qur'an or any Islamic or Arabic literature Hikma is translated into English word wisdom, which is a rather bad approximation to Hikma's meaning: http://untiredwithloving.org/hikma.html Worse Hukuma is translated into governing or government which is again farthest from the original meaning: Al-Asma'i said: Hukuma originally means man rejecting or refuting injustice (cruelty or transgression).
