API CHANGE: Changing HTTP Status Code

Hi all,

We have noticed that we are throwing a 500 HTTP Status code for over the limit requests - which is wrong per the Status Code standard. Effective immediately, the code will change from 500 to 429. If you have any questions or concerns let me know!
