Date Format Inconsistencies

Hello,

Most of the Untappd endpoints return dates in the format "Sun, 29 Jul 2012 22:19:16 +0000" but responses from check-ins ("created_at") are returned as "2012-07-29 22:19:16" (no RFC-822 style timezone). Should we assume +0? Just curious as to why the difference exists.
