When I\u2019m stuck in one of those moments where we used to, you know, hang out with our thoughts, but now generally turn to mindlessly thumbing our phones, I periodically realize I\u2019ve wandered my way to the Delta App. Why? I\u2019m obsessed with my SkyMiles. Not the number of them, not really. I just want to track whatever incremental progress I\u2019ve made to the next medallion status.
Mormonism is obsessed with Christ, and everything that it teaches is meant to awaken, encourage, and expand faith in him. It adds to the plural but coherent portrait of Jesus that emerges from the four gospels in a way, I am convinced, that does not significantly damage or deface that portrait.
While the above examples certainly paint a picture of customer obsession, it would be difficult for a company of any size to replicate them on a consistent basis. But any company, no matter the size, location, or industry can be customer obsessed.

The risks for kids obsessed with their looks include developing unhealthy behaviors that can lead to depression, anxiety and isolation. Social media can elevate those risks because it can be hard for kids to differentiate images that are filtered or altered from real ones. Boys can be just as concerned about their looks as girls.
