One of our vendors won't load anymore--help needed!

Hi Everyone,

I'm the e-resources librarian at Rutgers University Libraries. We've been using UnSub for several months now. We noticed on May 21 (so, just after the update) that one of our vendors (Springer) simply won't load anymore. When we click the vendor name, we see the "Loading package" screen, and the blue bar gets to about 95% and stops and won't move any farther, even after waiting several hours. We created quite a few scenarios for this vendor, so I'm thinking maybe UnSub was unable to apply the update to all our scenarios and that's why it's not loading.

I was wondering, has anyone else experienced this after the recent update? I'm not sure if the update is the cause of this. It could just be a coincidence. Does UnSub have any advice for how we can access our Springer scenarios? I'd really appreciate any help or advice anyone has to offer! Thanks!

For reference, this is an issue with a large number of scenarios causing a package to time out.  We're working with Elizabeth on a fix.  Best we can tell this isn't happening to others, but do get in touch if you run into problems!
