Fix for formulas in spreadsheets

Hello! 

We recently pushed a fix to help Unsub users with dashboard setup. 

We allow spreadsheet upload in Unsub for COUNTER, PTA and title pricelists, which can have formulas in them. Although we document that users should not include any formulas in their spreadsheets (for example: COUNTER data help, price list help), it's also helpful to build something into Unsub to help users avoid problems due to formulas. 

The new behavior leads to a warning when you try to upload a spreadsheet with any formulas. Here's an example:

When you get this warning, look for any formulas in your spreadsheet and either copy/paste special values only, or create a new file without any formulas - and then upload the new file with no formulas.
