Unsub: fixed bug in citation, authorship, CPU data for the last ten days

HI all, 

For the last ten days there has been a bug in Unsub profile calculations.  We incorrectly overstated authorships and citations in some packages that were using COUNTER 5 files, in some cases by quite a lot.

This bug has now been fixed, and as a result some of you will notice different authorships, citations, and Cost Per Use (CPU) estimates than were appearing last week.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of this mistake. We know data accuracy is very important and will continue improving our processes to make sure this doesn't happen again.
