Unsub: release notes and a few bug fixes

Hi all, 

We've been tracking notable changes in the Unsub backend code in the RELEASE_NOTES.md file in the code repository all along, but we're now also using GitHub releases to make release notes more visible (or at least visible in another channel, for example, you can subscribe to GitHub releases via email if you prefer that approach, and have a GitHub account). You can find the first release here. We'll continue to announce here any fixes/changes Unsub users should know about.

For this release we have three fixes:

1. We noticed that some users were changing roles of other users in their Unsub dashboard, and then the user would disappear. This took a while to figure out, but is now fixed. Do let us know if you experience users disappearing from the Users tab, and we'll get it fixed right away. 
2. We noticed that when creating a scenario, sometimes the name that was given was ignored. This is now fixed. 
3. We also noticed that when creating a new scenario or renaming a scenario, scenario names with quotes in them sometimes lead to an error. This is now fixed.
