All publishers now supported in Unsub

Hello! 

We're excited to announce that Unsub now supports all publishers. Check out today's blog post for all the details: https://blog.ourresearch.org/unsub-all-publishers-supported/ 

In brief:

- All publishers are supported, including a mix of publishers

- Title prices are now required

- Packages now have Descriptions to serve as package metadata

- Package views now have an Edit Details tab to edit package name or description

- Packages have a new optional setup step: filter titles by ISSN
