Campout, Google Trip, and Funding

Hi everyone,
I hope everyone's semester has come to a good start.
First of all, it has come to me and Sams' attention that the funding hearing for the beginning of the semester has been canceled. This means that our original plan to have a camping trip next weekend will definitely not be funded. But, since camping costs are not that high, since we pretty much just need food and gas, we might want to proceed with it anyway and just split the costs between everyone going. So, who is still interested in going camping on 9/7 and who is able to provide transportation(drive us and our camping gear)?
As for the Google Trip, Jordan suggested we do it on the first weekend of November, the weekend of 11/3. If we decide to go with this date, we(some of our officers, including me) will need to get a funding application submitted before 9/7 and will need to attend the funding hearing on 9/21.
As for our next regular meeting, we should probably meet next on 9/14 or 9/21 at 5:00pm. Do either of these dates work for everyone?

Sam was talking about next Saturday, 09.14, which works better for me, but if it's this weekend that'd be cool too.

I must withdraw from the camping trip. Things have arisen that i must take care of. Until we meet again.

Hello everyone,
After talking with Sam, it seems that it may be better to wait on the camp-out for now, so we can better plan it. As such, we should have a regular meeting next week, on 9/14 at around 5:00pm and better plan the date, location, supplies, and transportation needed for the camp-out. Since it is our first meeting of the semester, we can have also have a small potluck if you guys want. I shall bring chips.
