The City of Stockton has received a land-use application for a proposed pawn shop at 2002 Pacific Avenue (
https://stocktonmiraclemile.com/public-notice-pawn-shop-application-filed-at-2002-pacific-avenue/), located on the northeast corner of Pacific Avenue and West Wyandotte Street.
The proposal is currently under review by the City of Stockton Community Development Department. Stakeholders may follow the review process, request a public hearing, submit written comments expressing their position or concerns, or request additional information from the City.
According to the City’s notice, written comments or requests for a hearing must be submitted by March 13, 2026, by 4:30 pm to the Community Development Director, Permit Center, 501 West Weber Avenue, Building 2, Stockton CA 95203. The Miracle Mile Community Improvement District is sharing this information so that business owners, property owners, and community members are aware of the proposal and have the opportunity to participate in the review process if they choose.
