February Meeting

Hello Neighbors,

    I hope all of you have had a great month of February.  At tonight's meeting, we will receive an update on the El Dorado Street Project and the progress of the construction.  We are working on several projects, like the Anti-Crime Expo and Pick 'em up, Perk 'em up.  

I've attached the agenda, last month's minutes, and a set of marked up by-laws for review and approval of changes.
