It is almost here! Here is the schedule:
Friday, October 5:
Rehearsal in the Band Room at 5pm
No-host Adults only gathering at Archie's
Saturday, October 6:
Field rehearsal at 11 am
Lunch provided by the Band Boosters (we will be passing the hat for the John Montgomery Scholarship Fund, so bring your piggy bank or your checkbook;)
Pre-game and Half-time with the Wolf Pack Marching Band
Due to the kick-off time (4:05 pm), I decided against doing a family pizza event. However, if you want to arrange something, I will be happy to share the information.
I need to know the following information:
Are you attending?
What do you play?
Do you need to borrow an instrument?
Do you need to order shirts? Sizes?
How many will be in your group for the stands?
Do you want me to email you the music ahead of time?
Polo shirts are $20 (sm-XL), $23 (XXL/XXXL); Future Band member shirts are $8 (kids sm-XL; Adult sm-XL)
If you could get this information to me by September 6, I would be grateful. Any questions for me???
