Not everything is finalized yet, and I still need some help. I just received an update from Dr. Plenk. Kids on the field is a yes, which I’m assuming means a yes to kids in the stands. Since the Wolf Pack has yet to play a home game and there is a lot of stress involved in the home opener (UNLV), there has not been an answer from Athletics as to where we will be sitting. I also received music for the Girl Scout tune for half-time, but I was assured it is truly sight reading material.

SCHEDULE FOR FRIDAY:
5:00 Rehearsal in the band room
6:30 Gathering???

SCHEDULE FOR SATURDAY:
7:30am Morning rehearsal (this may change, but plan on early morning)
12:30 Meet at the back gate to go in – again this time may change.
6:00pm Pizza at Round Table on 4th and Vine.

As you can see, I still have nothing for Friday night. Can someone in Reno choose a place and call and see if we can reserve a table, a room?? Archie’s was great last year. Please let me know if you are willing to do this.

Obviously since so much is still unknown at this moment, I will be sending more emails with finalized plans.

Member Update:

Douglas “Skip” Staton:

Skip has been in the hospital in Winnemucca for almost three weeks due to a wound on his leg with complications. Hopefully he will be able to come home next week. The Alumni Band sends him get well wishes (and there is a great picture of Skip in the new Silver and Blue, along with Aaron Harmon).
