i tried that site but patches 1.22 to 1.24 do not actually come with the patcher just maps and war3.exe which only launches the game still at 1.21
also unless im blind the pastebin link wasnt even here but ill try it now
just use that pastebin link above to the ops reply on my bit, it has a fully working version of the old client at the latest patch it had before they started trying to fix the game years later, it works like it used to you just obviously cant go online but the entire campaign from roc and tft are there and bug free

i have another problem.i download the new version 1.24e switch version.i switch it start the game.its ok.but whean i enter in game from garena is the old patch 1.24d.pls post comets to help me and other guys like me.
hi,i have a very old version of warcraft(1.21)because i formated my pc,and i downloaded this version switcher,but it didnt work,every time i switch to 1.24e and start game,the war3 gives an error that isnt solve until i recopy the game plzz some1 help me !!!:(

I have just downloaded my warcraft 3 from a torrent and it's version 1.21
I Dl'ed the version switcher and the 1.24e & d, and then followed the instructions on readme, and then when i run frozen throne, it hasn't patched yet coz it cant open the latest dota maps (6.67c).
someone? help?
FOR ALL THOSE PEOPLE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE SWITCHER NOT SWITCHING: Right click the warcraft version switcher icon, click run as administrator, then switch it to what version you like. Enjoy playing!:)
Hi, i installed the warcraft1.24e patch from blizzard. But whenever i play on garena , the game quits after a few seconds ,on startup. It says i was disconnected from game, it happened on mafa map too.It seems to work fine if i host a map solo(without taking any players in). I have ensured a exception for garena in my firewall, should i add WaR3.exe too or are there any workarounds for this.

ok, i finished downloading them,..
but, every time i click on the patch, it said, there's an error occured while preparing the patch..
then i download it again, who knows it might ok, but the problem still occured...
so juz wanna know how to solve that...

I have successfully downloaded the warcraft version switcher and download thee zip 1.24e version. I have followed the steps on how to switch the version. I can double click on the version 1.24e then, it starts to switch but when I run garena or open Frozen throne, it still has the version 1.24d. Please help me. Your help is much appreciated.
If you didn't able to install the application you can't see the installation target in the regedit right?. It happens that my FROZEN THRONE is just copied from a flash drive and just pasted in my PC. How can resolved this problem of mine that my FROZEN THRONE is just copied from a flash drive?. I can't patch because my FROZEN THRONE is not original. Is there any other way on how I can patch 1.24e? I always got error!!!

i already downloaded the warcracft version 1.24e but it always shows error....i alrady followed the steps in registry error guide but i cant find the file for blizzard entertainment...plss help me..asap
If you have version greater than 1.24e in your options menu>gameplay you can turn on automatic save replay,and after finishing the loaded game you can check replays if it worked check in your warcraft 3 directory in replays folder,there it could be saved as "lastsavedreplay" and not recognized by w3.
