Unpoly 2.0.0-rc10 released

Thanks to everyone who took the time to take the last release candidate
for a spin!

I just released the next RC, 2.0.0-rc10, with three bugfixes:

- Fix a bug where invalid CSS selectors were produced when an element
had a class with a colon, like Tailwind (PR by @adam12, thanks!)

- Unpoly will no longer replace the initial history state when it was
booted from a POST response (report by saraki)

- Fix library assets not being in the path when using unpoly-rails with
the Rails asset pipeline

If no further issues are reported, this RC is going to become the final
release.
