The high flow, easy trowelling compound can be used over most common substrates including concrete, sand/cement screeds, stone, anhydrite screeds, terrazzo and quarry tiles, as well as asphalt and other strong, rigid subfloors.
The moisture tolerant formula enables Bostik Screedmaster Flow to be used to smooth rough textured subfloors prior to the application of Bostik Screedmaster damp proof membranes in buildings incorporating a base DPM.
As Bostik Screedmaster Flow is totally protein and casein free, it's suitable for use in biologically sensitive areas, while the low odour formulation also makes it ideal for use in occupied buildings.
Other types of screeds include foam sealers which are constructed like a walk-in panel. Wall panels sit on top of foam sealers and cam-lock to them. To hold the foam sealers in place, plywood foam sealer guides are installed on the floor underneath.
When installing screeds, remember that your floor must be level for a proper seal. Also, make sure the screed is square by confirming that the two dimensions between opposite corners are equal. Bostik Screedmaster SL C540 Flow is a two-part cementitious underlayment that smooths uneven floors prior to laying decorative floor coverings. So, over time, the flooring will stay in perfect condition. Think happy subfloor - happy client.
Once the Screedmaster SL C540 Flow is mixed for 2 minutes, it is ready to be applied to the floor. Using a trowel, it can be smoothly applied and levelled with ease. It can be used over most common substrates including concrete, sand/cement screeds, stone, anhydrite screeds, terrazzo and quarry tiles, as well as asphalt and other strong, rigid subfloors.
We recommend to fitters that you prime the floor with Bostik's primer then lay the Screedmaster SL C540 Flow as it takes 1.5 hours to dry, regardless of the cold weather. The low odour formulation also makes it ideal for use in occupied buildings.

Excellent slump characteristics enable Bostik Screedmaster Rapid Repair Mortar to be used in vertical and horizontal applications. For the levelling of steps, pedestals, holes and cracks and larger uneven areas of any thickness in screed, raw concrete floors and foundations. Suitable for use in interior applications only.
Bostik Screedmaster Rapid Repair Mortar is not suitable for use as a final floor covering. Bostik Screedmaster Rapid Repair Mortar is suitable for use with underfloor heating installations provided a surface temperature of 27C is not exceeded. The heating must be switched off at least 48 hours before and after installation of the floor covering.

Adjustable height range of 125mm to 245mm. The ScreedMaster Chair is designed to hold screed rails on metal, timber and concrete decks. The chair is light weight yet sturdy and may be fastened down using staples, nails or screws. The chair is sacrificial within the concrete.
Technology for SLS by Master Builders Solutions is a unique admixture package for cementitious self-levelling screeds (SLS) that supersedes conventional techniques: it is less time consuming, reduces construction costs and allows easy processing and quick installation of screed in a reliable and more sustainable way.
The new self-levelling screed technology can be directly supplied by the ready-mix concrete provider or by the screed applicator. This eliminates the need for silos of self-levelling compounds at the job-site.
Our time-saving admixture package for cementitious self-levelling screed (SLS) provides an outstanding flowability and prolonged workability, resulting in an improved surface quality. The self-levelling screed produced with our products is up to ten times faster as it takes 2-3 workers to lay only 200 m of dry screed per day, while with our new technology the same team can place and finish up to 1,000 m of self-levelling screed in the same time. It requires less placing labor, no special labor skills and consequently saves time and costs - applying screed has never been so easy!
