Query about originally embargoed records

A while ago, I raise a query about Unpaywall capturing information re embargoed files, but I still can't see any of this information in the report generated by Simple Query Tool.

In the sample DOIs that I used to run the Simple Query Tool, I found one case where the file was under embargo, but the embargo has already expired. Another publication has an current embargoed file, but it is not reflected in the report. 

Can anybody explain how Unpaywall deals with embargoed publications or formerly embargoed publications?
