Hi,

What is the expected lag time from publisher site having a CC licensed copy, and that detectable by Unpaywall browser plugin, to this being represented in Simple Query CSV tool?

Hi Linds,

A new article published with a license should show up in the Unpaywall browser plugin within 24 hours. That same article can then be downloaded using the Simple Query CSV tool in 3 to 4 days.

The process could take much longer if a publisher adds a license to an article that is fairly old (5 years or more). That's because we have a priority system and do not put as much resources towards refreshing older article data. Hope this helps!
