The genuine hamachi-2-ui.exe file is a software component of LogMeIn Hamachi by LogMeIn.
Hamachi-2-ui.exe is an executable file that runs LogMeIn Hamachi, a centrally-managed VPN (virtual private network) service that can extend a network connection to multiple computers while maintaining data security. This is not a critical Windows component and should be removed if known to cause problems. Removing this file may cause problems while running LogMeIn products.
LogMeIn Hamachi has been designed as a zero-configuration VPN application that can emulate virtual local network connections with other computers over the Internet. The paid version of LogMeIn Hamachi can be run as a background process on idle computers. LogMeIn Hamachi is available for Windows, Mac OSX, Linux, FreeBSD, Android and iOS platforms.

Hamachi is a virtual private network (VPN) shareware application which enables users to create secure networks or connect directly to networks over the internet requiring zero-configuration. It establishes connections to other computers on the network over the internet, similar to how a LAN network is connected, where you can then have access to a whole range of files through limitless peer-to-peer activity.
First released in 2006 by developers LogMeIn Inc. Hamachi developed a reputation for being simple to use, combining advanced features and technologies behind a sleek and basic user interface. From its beginning it has always been a five star application for creating virtual private networks allowing users to arrange multiple computers into one secure network opening doors to a whole range of P2P activity. The user access features allow you to control which remote users are permitted to enter your VPN with additional support for restricting remote usersOther Internet Software
[Possible Problems you may encounter]1. Your on a router and your internal IP is shown when you create a game -therefore you cannot connect/host any game2. You dont know how to get the Hamachi IP to display on your AOE3 LAN game3. Get Hamachi IP to display but are kicked by "internet connection was lost" or something to that extent after 3 4 min after re-enabling your internet connection
[ Concept ]
Ok AOE3 is not direct IP supported, simple as that ( althought AOE3 has the option of Direct IP, ESO does not offer support for Direct IP...evidently shown by everyone not being able to connect via Direct IP
What you need to do if your behind a router is to trick the system into thinking that you are on a (Virtual) LAN network
so that Direct IP works as if you had several computers networked together.[Steps]1. Make sure you portforward all the AOE3 ports 2300-2310 UDP+TCP 28800-28805 TCP
(Sometimes you can make this work without port forwarding at all, try one set if it doesnt work try the second, if it doesnt work try both -ex. Port forward 2300-2310 TCP+UDP but not 28800-28805 or vis versa)2. Make sure you enable your router as your DHCP server (Make sure that DHCP is turned on)3. Turn UPnP on, this is done by logging on to your router and turning it on in there4. Set a static IP to your computer, this is also done by logging onto your router and the options are in there.5. Install Hamachi and set up your account. Now after you install it, for simplicity purposes exit hamachi after the installation and user account setup is complete.6. Turn Hamachi back on now, and log on/create a virtual network. Right click My Network Places and select Properties.7. Bridge the two connections, (Your internet connection and Hamachi) together8. There should be 3 active connections total in your Network Connections explorer window. (The bridge itself, your internet connection, and Hamachi)9. Right click on Hamachi and select "Remove from Bridge"10. Run AOE3 and select multiplayer, LAN and you can now enjoy the wonders of playing AOE3 with a friend or two...or eight
Note: The IP when you create a game should be a Hamachi IP -ex 5.XXX.XXX.XXX, if it is not you probably went wrong somewhere------------------------This method eliminates the Alt+Tab and disable/enable your working internet connection method. This method also works however on certain routers you will get the "internet connection was lost" error. This method also eliminates the method of creating new user accounts and trying multiple times to get the right IP out of luck.[Update]
Sometimes this method does not work but the Alt+Tab and disable/enable your working internet connection method does all depends on your system configuration. If this method doesnt work then try the other.------------------------I have tried this method to my friends computers and they all seem to work flawlessly.
we need more members on our Hamachi networkNetwork 1.

Note that the daemon remembers its state if the Ubuntu server it is shutdown or if shutdown using the sudo /etc/init.d/logmein-hamachi stop command. So if its state was online, it will automatically go online when started next time. If it was offline, it will stay offline.
