The Department of Psychology at the Catholic University of America is seeking instructors for undergraduate neuroscience courses for both Fall 2021 and Spring 2022. This includes PSY 304 Brain and Behavior (an introduction to major theoretical concepts and research techniques in physiological psychology and neuropsychology which primarily targets more science-oriented psych majors) and PSY 204 Introduction to Biological Psychology (a similar course aimed at less science-oriented majors and non majors). The department is also extremely interested in developing new neuroscience courses for undergraduates, and is open to proposals. Potential examples include courses in Social Neuroscience, Affective Neuroscience, Cognitive Neuroscience, etc.

A doctoral degree in psychology or neuroscience is required. If you are interested in teaching any of those courses and would like more information, please contact Dr. Barry Wagner as soon as possible, wag...@cua.edu and attach a CV.
