Virtuose 3D with/without Balancing?

Hi, I can't seem to find a perfect explanation on the with or without balancing option in the specification datasheet.

Could anybody please help and tell me exactly the differences and what does it mean "with balancing"?  Please provide as much detail as possible, thanks in advance!
