Apartment For Rent!

Hi Friends!

As some of you know, we recently moved to Crown Heights. We're now looking for a renter for the garden apartment in our house. 

The apartment is a very spacious 1BR with lots of light and original details, located on Park Pl and Kingston Avenue. It's near both the 3 train at Eastern Parkway or the C at Atlantic Ave, both of which get you to a transit hubs very quickly.  Other perks are: 1 block to Brower Park and a live-in super (or at least I live there, know how to fix stuff and I'm pretty super). 

We're asking $1850 which, for people we know/know people we know, also includes access to a huge shared back yard. 

The place will be available end of June/early July. If you or someone you know is interested, just let me know. Also, feel free to forward to anyone else who you think might be looking. I'm attaching some photos and we're also happy to show the apartment upon request.
