Dears,

As the LCP application reopen DDL is too close to the LCP election date, the MC Coach recommended our LC to delay both the LCP election time and EB election time to provide enough time for LCP Candidates to prepare better. Besides, in AIESEC UNNC calendar, there are no free weekends for these events before 16^th Nov (We have 5^th anniversary celebration in the next weekend). For these reasons, I am sorry to inform all of you that

LCP 2014 Application DDL is delayed to 13th Nov 24:00

LCP 2014 Election date is delayed to 16^th Nov

and

EB 2014 Election date is delayed to 17^th Nov

Sorry for the mess of election timeline again and please inform anyone who is concerned with the election events : )

Kindly remind that the DDL of LCP 2014 APP is today’s 23:59.

If you are the potential candidate, please pay attention to the following information.

About the application package——

1. All these sections should be included in your application package:

a) At Least two Endorsement letter. Named as “EL_LCP2014_UNNC_FullName_By_Full Name”

Ps: Endorsement letter should be given by LCPs, MCs or Externals.

b) Application Form. Named as “LCP2014_Application_AIESEC UNNC_Full Name”

2. The application should be packaged as a rar/zip file. “APPLICATION_LCP2014_UNNC_Full Name”

3. The application package needs to be sent to Leo Chen at tianl...@aiesec.net and uploaded to MyAIESEC.Net by Nov. 13th 2013, 23:59 (GMT+8)

4. No delay of any kind will be permitted.

5. Send a text message to 15657405283 confirming that you have applied. Please regard your application as submitted only after receiving confirmation from Leo Chen.

Pre-Election Agreement——

In order to combat the need of AIESEC UNNC’s further growth, a higher need of commitment from EB is required. In this case, AIESEC UNNC LCP 2014 should fully responsible for the whole EB team commitment and commit for the following requirement:

1. LC UNNC LCP 2014 has to start his/her term in January 1st 2014 and finish it until January 1st 2015.

2. LC UNNC LCP 2014 is not supposed to leave the LC without agreement for more than 15 days, except for public holidays, throughout the whole term.

3. LC UNNC LCP 2014 is required to hold EB meetings every 7 days.

4. LC UNNC LCP 2014 is required to attend both National Conferences and National LCP Meetings.

5. LC UNNC LCP 2014 is required to attend Asia &Pacific LCP Meeting (Dec.5~8) in Indonesia.

6. LC UNNC LCP 2014 is required to attend National Leadership Transition Camp (Nov.21-24) in Beijing

7. LC UNNC LCP 2014 is required to open AIESEC UNNC LCP 2015 Election between May. 2015 and August 2015.
