Dear Friend & patron of Unnati,
We are delighted to share that Unnati Foundation will soon be launching its 3rd listing of the Zero Coupon Zero Principal (ZCZP) instrument — a groundbreaking initiative that blends trust, transparency, and measurable social impact.
In a country with over 3 lakh NGOs, Unnati is proud to be the first organization to have listed a social impact instrument on the exchange. We are now poised to become the first NGO in India to complete three successful listings — a milestone that marks a new era for social finance and accountability in the development sector.
Why This Matters
Your participation is much more than a donation — it is a
contribution to history.
When you invest in Unnati’s ZCZP instrument, you:
1. Join a Landmark Movement: Be part of a first-of-its-kind initiative that’s reshaping how social projects are funded and monitored in India.
2. Are Assured of Governance and Impact: Every ZCZP listing is fully documented and monitored by SEBI, NSE, and a Government-approved social audit firm, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and transparency.
3. Create Measurable Social Change: Each contribution is linked to verifiable and quantifiable outcomes, so you can be confident that your support creates lasting, real-world impact.
What the ZCZP Instrument Offers
1. All contributions qualify under Section 80G for income tax exemption.
2. The instrument is not tradeable and does not yield any financial dividend — because the social impact created is the true dividend.
3. This initiative is meant for individual donors, family trusts, and foundations (CSR and foreign contributions are not permitted).
4. It represents a new way of giving — transparent, accountable, and measurable — paving the way for a transformative model of social investment in India.
The Project You’ll Support — UNXT
The upcoming ZCZP issue will fund UNXT, Unnati’s flagship employability enhancement program for underprivileged youth studying in Government colleges.
UNXT is a 200-hour structured intervention designed to help final-year students build confidence, job readiness, and employability skills. It includes:
· 90 hours of in-class training on communication, workplace behavior, and life skills.
· 90+ hours of LMS-based online learning with high-quality employability content.
· Psychometric assessments to help youth understand their strengths and potential.
· A dedicated freshers’ job portal to connect trained students with employers and facilitate real employment opportunities.
During 2025–26, we aim to reach 2 lakh youth across the country through UNXT — a scale that calls for substantial funding support from individuals and family trusts who believe in measurable change.
For your reference, we are also attaching the Bluesky Audit Report for FY 2024–25, which presents the independent assessment of the project’s outcomes and transparency.
Be the Change
By supporting Unnati’s ZCZP instrument, you are choosing to back a verified, transparent, and impact-driven model that ensures every rupee you give creates tangible outcomes on the ground.
Together, let’s demonstrate that accountable giving and measurable impact can redefine how India invests in its youth.
We are now seeking Expressions of Interest from
individuals and family trusts who would like to participate.
Please note that:
· Donors must have a valid demat account to receive the instrument upon purchase.
· Your early confirmation will help us plan the issue and allocation efficiently, as the subscription window after listing will remain open only for 4–5 days.
· We are targeting the listing around 15th January 2026.
